I’m deep into editing Jack Hollingsworth’s new photography course, available very soon on Moment!
Jack’s a well established iPhone photography pioneer with more than 1,000,000 iPhone photos under his belt.
One of the things I was keen to illustrate with this course was, 1) How it’s possible that he shot 1M photos in 10 years but also 2) how much of that ethic is his process.
99% of the time Jack uses two apps. The apps arrive with the phone right out of the box. “Out of the Box” was nearly a title for the course…
Those two apps are the “Camera” app and the “Photos” app.
That’s it.
Almost everything else to do with his process is the intention behind how o looks, sees and moves and you don’t really appreciate that until you experience and observe him at work.
It’s transformed how I work and so I hope the course captures enough of what Jack does in order to transform how you take photographs with your phone too.
